L3Harris is seeking a Specialist in Software Configuration Management to implement and maintain processes that ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations for software products.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Software Configuration Management role.
- Knowledge of software configuration management practices.
- Understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with continuous integration/development.
- Ability to create, archive, and maintain software builds and releases.
- Experience with version control and defect management tools such as IBM Rational (ClearQuest, ClearCase) and Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Git, Bitbucket) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Atlassian Tool Suite (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket) is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Maintain control and traceability of software products.
- Manage the release process for software builds and updates.
- Organize software configuration control board meetings, including agenda setting and tracking of action items.
- Perform audits to ensure adherence to contract requirements.
- Generate and distribute software media for customer deliveries.
- Ability to create, archive, and maintain software builds and releases.
- Experience with version control and defect management tools such as IBM Rational (ClearQuest, ClearCase) and Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Git, Bitbucket) is advantageous.

- TS/SCI CI Poly Clearance required.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet important deadlines.
- TS/SCI and CI Poly preferred.
