Requirements
- Proven experience in Talend and Java development (primary focus).
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Harness and Rancher for deployment and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS services, and Springboot microservices.
- Proficiency in one or more programming language such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices, tooling and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead developer on the PRT BSA line, driving design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust data integration and transformation pipelines using Talend and Java.
- Build automation and orchestration workflows leveraging Python, Harness, and Rancher.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with Snowflake, AWS, and Springboot-based services.
- Champion best practices in software engineering, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
- Bring a future-forward mindset, with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies—especially in the AI space.
- Analyze, code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications.
Other
- Completion of undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or other related degree.
- Four or more years of analysis and technology experience.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Insurance/financial services industry knowledge a plus.
