The Agile Development Group (ADG) specializes in developing disruptive, next-generation technologies for advanced Unmanned Air Systems (UAS / UAV), advanced radar systems, next-generation weapon systems, and other RF sensor technologies. This role is responsible for hardware and software requirements definition, decomposition, allocation, management, verification, and validation of technical products and systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with software development and software architecture
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with system level design experience in which the applicant has been involved in the design and integration of complex hardware/software systems, the definition of multiple interfaces and been involved in the trades of multiple solution options
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience being involved in system integration, engineering testing, and system performance characterization
  • Experience with software and hardware development in Open Systems Architectures
  • Experience with Model Based System Engineering tools
  • Experience with Atlassian Tool suite
  • Experience with Bitbucket, GitLab, Artifactory, and other software development tools

Responsibilities

  • Work in a collaborative environment with internal company teams along with industry partners to accomplish customer goals
  • Assist in architecting, developing, and testing of radar hw and sw solutions
  • Integrate hw/sw implementations of Open System Architectures
  • Responsible for requirements definition, flow-down and traceability for complex electronic systems embracing agile product systems and software development and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) processes to enhance development speed and quality; Leads the execution of rapid learning cycles in requirements development, design, build, integration & test and verification & validation in a design-to-cost and design-for-manufacturability environment
  • Develop, track and present technical performance metrics
  • Help perform risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies for complex projects
  • Execute system integration and engineering test efforts

  • Active DoD clearance with current 5-year update
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any additional clearances as required
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
