FIFA Ticketing aims to deliver the most engaging, innovative, and accessible World Cup experience for all athletes, fans, partners, and the community for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, which is hosting 48 teams and 1,200+ players across 3 countries and 16 venues. This role will be responsible for the delivery of the ticketing mobile solution and oversee the implementation of the paper ticket production strategy.
Requirements
- Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
- 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably with a focus on ticketing mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools.
- Experience in writing test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
- Jira, MS Office, QA testing tools and software
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive testing of mobile ticket delivery solutions to ensure reliability, functionality, and a high-quality user experience.
- Support the team with the configuration and testing of the Mobile Ticketing solution;
- Assist in the configuration of the Ticketing system in relation to ticket printing and ensure implementation of the print and fulfilment rules;

- Bachelor’s degree or similar level of education
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
