Lutron is looking for Embedded Software Engineering Co-ops to contribute to high-impact projects, advancing real solutions to challenges in the design, development, and production of smart lighting and shading systems.
Requirements
- pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering
- cumulative GPA is at least 3.20
- broad interests in engineering design and development

- conceptualize, design, and develop innovative, high-quality solutions
- learn how Lutron operates as a company
- interface with people across different areas and levels throughout the company

- seek out new resources and work hard to find the best solution
