Stand Out For Good, Inc. is looking to solve business and technical problems in their retail and logistics departments by streamlining and optimizing business processes within their brick-and-mortar stores and supply chain.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of business analysis techniques, such as requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar for creating flow charts and diagrams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and creating test plans is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interest in retail, logistics, and IT.
  • Recent graduate, or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across different departments to support ongoing and upcoming IT projects.
  • Work closely with IT, business units, and external vendors to understand requirements and contribute to solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members to create flow charts, process diagrams, and other visual aids to clarify workflows and business processes.
  • Support the testing phase of IT initiatives by assisting in creating test plans, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), and documenting results.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Retail and Logistics departments.
  • Provide general administrative and project support as needed to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Adapt to rapidly changing requirements and priorities

  • Recent graduate, or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
