Enterprise is looking for university/college students to fill a Management Internship Program role in Greater Columbus. The goal is to help interns build valuable business and leadership skills, gain real-world professional experience, and learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable skills in management.
Requirements
- Must have at least 6 months experince in sales, customer service, or leadership experience.
- Leadership experience could include experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics or military service.
- Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year.
- Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.

- engage in some friendly competition with your peers
Other
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be enrolled in a bachelor's program full time, with no more than 2 semesters before graduation. (Graduating between Spring of '26 and December of '26)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- This position is a part time 12 week program starting January 2026.
