Requirements
- Evaluate real consumer field returns to assess product performance, durability, and compliance in hands-on, lab-based investigations
- Collect and analyze data from star reviews, call center feedback, and other consumer touchpoints to identify product trends and potential quality issues
- Support root cause analysis efforts and contribute to problem-solving sessions that drive long-term product improvements
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to enhance product quality across design and production phases
- Document findings and create clear, actionable reports using tools like SharePoint, JIRA, and Excel to support cross-functional decision-making
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on refining testing methods, validation processes, and quality control strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

- Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelor's program, or currently enrolled in a master’s or doctoral program
- Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedulewith a minimum of 4 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and draw insights from large sets of consumer and product data
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on documentation and process accuracy
- Curious, creative and flexible with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
