The team needs assistance with first-level support, including logging issues, following up with users, documentation, and user access management. Additionally, the role involves supporting Markit EDM implementation, test plan management, execution, validation, and data quality checks.
Requirements
- Data mining/querying using SQL – basic to intermediate SQL is helpful
- Experience with accounting, recon and security master systems – Advent APX, SS&C Recon, or Markit EDM are preferred
- Prior SharePoint use
