Cognizant is looking for a Senior SQL Developer to design and implement end-to-end technical solutions that meet client requirements in the Healthcare Technology team
Requirements
- Strong experience in C-Sharp, .NET Core, SSIS, MS SQL, and Python development
- Ability to perform requirement analysis and create solution designs
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as XUnit
- Knowledge of coding standards and experience in code reviews
- Experience in healthcare domain, especially Encounter Data Management (EDM)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and prepare end-to-end solution designs
- Develop and implement solutions using C-Sharp, .NET Core, SSIS, MS SQL, and Python
- Perform unit testing using XUnit and ensure adherence to client-recommended coding standards
- Conduct peer and architect code reviews to maintain quality and compliance
- Support QA, UAT, and production implementation phases
- Communicate technical implementation status and solution design updates to the project team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery

- 2–3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Mesa, AZ
