CorVel Corporation is seeking a SQL Report Developer to create optimized SQL queries and stored procedures for reporting applications, which will be used to drive vital business decisions for CorVel and its customers.
Requirements
- Ability to write complex stored procedures using T- SQL
- T-SQL query performance tuning/optimization
- Reporting Applications such as Power BI Paginated Reports, SSRS or Crystal Reports
- Familiarity with both normalized and data warehouse database structures
Responsibilities
- Design and develop reports used to drive vital business decisions for CorVel and our customers
- Create T-SQL stored procedures and other database objects
- Analyze and document required technical changes
- Work with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
Other
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize properly.
- Patience to listen and understand and confidence to speak up and explain your decisions.
- Onboarding in person in our Portland, OR office is required.
- Healthcare or insurance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a combination of education and related experience
