The Associate Vice President of Analytical Enabling Capabilities in our company's Research Labs has an opening for a Sr. Associate, Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support in a fast-paced, complex work environment.
Requirements
- Advanced computer skills using Office 365 (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Concur)
- Digitally savvy with intellectual curiosity to learn more in the digital space
- Ability to handle and prioritize a large number of simultaneous assignments
- Demonstrated experience scheduling and coordinating complex, multi-leg domestic and international travel and processing Visa/Passport Applications
- Event planning/coordination experience
- Extraordinary attention to detail and handling of confidential/sensitive information
- Proficiency with SAP, Workday, Ariba or related software programs preferred
Responsibilities
- Administrative support to include extensive calendar management, meeting management (including meetings with external colleagues), phone coverage, processing expense reports, coordinating travel and updating weekly schedules.
- Work requires the coordination and performance of multiple tasks and technical skills related to work assignments.
- Coordination of work and tasks will require the individual to work well with colleagues across sites and time zones.
- Interact with team colleagues and understand administrative interdependencies in work.
- A working knowledge of the priorities of the team and company policies, which allows for an efficiently run department and a focus on key aspects of work.
- Produces/completes various work assignments requiring advanced analytical ability, independent judgment, creativity and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
- Communication skills must be at a level to effectively interact with our company's executives and their assistants as well as internal/external clients both on-site and remotely to maintain relations.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of (10) years Administrative Assistant experience
