Requirements
- Knowledge of Medicare Star Rating methodology; NCQA HEDIS measures; CAHPS and HOS surveys
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of analytic programming languages and data visualization tools, including SAS, SQL, and Tableau.
- Ability to develop, interpret and explain analytics needed by the business for decision making and improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and produce complex reports and dashboards.
- Experience and expertise with designing and executing analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to improve measures.
- Strong ability to generate information that is easily understood and actionable by key stakeholders (Market, Quality, Pharmacy, Member experience team) in alignment with clearly defined analytic/reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of health plan operations, health care claims and other relevant data sources (e.g. EMR, Authorizations).

- Closely partner with internal and external teams to proactively identify derived from the data and provide operational support for performance improvement.
- Consult with key stakeholders and create meaningful insights from the data used for Stars and other quality measures.
- Develop, interpret and explain analytics needed by the business for decision making and improvement.
- Develop and produce complex reports and dashboards.
- Design and execute analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to improve measures.
- Generate information that is easily understood and actionable by key stakeholders (Market, Quality, Pharmacy, Member experience team) in alignment with clearly defined analytic/reporting requirements.

- Reporting directly to the Director of Population Health and Quality Analytics, you will closely collaborate with them to ensure that your work aligns with the organization's overarching goals and STAR strategies.
- Possess excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize assignments within multiple projects.
- Ability to work with minimal direction and flexibility when rapid or extensive changes are needed.
