Fiserv is looking to hire a Sr Advisor Software Development to lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software applications that align with business goals and client needs, ultimately transforming financial services technology.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- 4+ years of experience in Java, C, C, C++, or similar programming languages
- 4+ years of experience in SQL databases
- 4+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP services
- 4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform advanced coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Drive innovation and best practices within the software development team.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
