Responsibilities
- Building robust pipelines for ingesting and processing both structured and unstructured data from diverse life sciences sources
- Developing and implementing transparent and explainable AI systems that maintain scientific accuracy while delivering insights that medical professionals can trust and act upon
- Creating domain-specific AI solutions that can navigate the complexity of medical and scientific language with high precision
- Balancing the power of cutting-edge AI with the need for regulatory compliance and scientific rigor in healthcare applications
- Build AI systems with transparency and explainability at their core, allowing users to understand how and why specific conclusions are reached—critical for life sciences applications where trustworthiness is paramount
- Collaborate with the AI and MLOps teams to build and prototype new solutions for our customers, as well as our enterprise SaaS product offerings
- Create, train and test models that deliver our AI capabilities with a focus on scientific accuracy and domain relevance
