MedeAnalytics is looking to evolve beyond traditional reporting to build the industry's first intelligent Health Fabric, powering the future of Value-Based Care (VBC) by engineering AI-driven managed actions directly into the healthcare workflow to proactively improve health outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying end-to-end AI/ML systems preferably in a production Healthcare environment.
- A proven track record of designing and building AI agents or complex Agentic Workflows. Your experience must extend beyond simple chatbots to multi-step, reasoning-based systems.
- Expert-level mastery of Python and its Machine Learning (ML) ecosystem (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Deep, hands-on experience within the AWS ecosystem, with specific expertise in services for AI/ML (e.g., SageMaker, AWS Bedrock), compute (EC2), and data (S3).
- Proven ability to work with large-scale data pipelines and modeling workflows using modern data platforms like Snowflake.
- Practical experience with Graph Databases like Neo4j, Neptune, PuppyGraph and applying Graph Neural Networks (GNNs).
- Background in Reinforcement Learning (RL) or other online learning paradigms.
Responsibilities
- Develop our Agentic Ecosystem: Design and build our multi-agent system, defining how autonomous agents collaborate and execute actions. You will implement and refine complex Agentic Workflows using leading frameworks.
- Build Advanced Generative AI Solutions: Engineer and deploy sophisticated systems using Large Language Models (LLMs). You will leverage services like AWS Bedrock to create advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and other complex reasoning systems.
- Leverage Complex Data Relationships: Model the intricate web of healthcare relationships using Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j, AWS Neptune). You will develop and apply Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) to uncover hidden patterns and drive predictive insights.
- Own the End-to-End ML Lifecycle: Implement the full Machine Learning (ML) lifecycle on our cloud-native platform. You will build, train, and deploy models at scale using our modern data stack centered on AWS and Snowflake.
- Contribute to Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research and apply cutting-edge techniques and models to solve practical, high-impact problems.
