Zeitview is looking to develop and deploy novel AI computer vision models to analyze aerial imagery for various industries, enabling actionable insights for revenue recovery, risk reduction, and improved build quality.
Requirements
- building deep learning based computer vision models in a professional setting
- Python, Pytorch, and AWS
- working with aerial imagery and geospatial data
- state of the art AI models such as generative, agentic, or multimodal models
Responsibilities
- Design and develop novel AI computer vision models across multiple verticals such as solar, wind, and commercial properties
- Develop AI models that operate on a variety of sensor data ranging from RGB to thermal imagery
- Develop AI models that operate on a variety of image sources such as drones, fixed wing aircraft.
- Design and implement VLMs and agentic AI systems to extend multimodal understanding and enable autonomous decision-making across inspection workflows
- Collect, organize, and analyze data for machine learning model development
- Utilizing cloud technologies such as AWS to train and deploy AI models
- Collaborating with and presenting model results to other members of the AI team and other cross-functional teams
Other
- Masters Degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science
- 8+ years experience with building deep learning based computer vision models in a professional setting
- Experience with mentoring and coaching more junior developers
- Experience with collaborating with different teams to ensure models meet product specifications
- Recent publications in machine learning, geospatial, or similar academic conferences
