Requirements
- Proficient in advanced web analytics platforms (Adobe AEP Tag, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc.), with a strong emphasis on Adobe Analytics for end-to-end digital performance measurement
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and object-oriented programming
- An understanding of the Adobe ecosystem (AEP, AJO, CJA, Adobe Target, AEM, Analytics)
- Familiarity with privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management platforms
- Familiarity with APIs, iFrames, automation, server-side tagging, CDPs
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Comprehensive experience across the digital ecosystem, including web/mobile analytics, paid media, search, CRM analytics, and social performance measurement
Responsibilities
- Serve as an analytics SME, cultivating, and maintaining strategic client relationships to drive data-informed decision-making and accelerate business initiatives
- Drive sophisticated analyses using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and other tools, delivering impactful insights across multi-channel digital ecosystems
- Partner with analytics, marketing, engineering, and product teams to define tagging requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
- Establish best practices, maintain documentation, and enforce governance standards for tag deployment and data integrity.
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of tag implementations across browsers and devices using tools like Adobe AEP Debugger, Google Tag Assistant, Charles Proxy, and browser dev tools.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members and stakeholders on TMS capabilities and workflows

- They are also responsible for executing data quality assurance based on rigorous protocols and require strong project management skills.
- This role requires the ability to independently troubleshoot and address quality control issues, generate reports, and merge/generate data sets for analysis.
