Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Two (2) years of experience performing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes using SQL and Python to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience storing, accessing, and navigating data in database platforms including Teradata and AWS
- Experience working with Databricks
- Experience processing data using Hadoop
- Experience performing data modeling using Erwin
- Experience designing data models using Kimball Dimensional Modeling Techniques
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a team responsible for manipulating and analyzing data using SQL and Python
- Store, access, and navigate data in database platforms including Teradata, AWS, and MinIO
- Develop software system architecture and data marts throughout the Software Development Lifecycle and Data Lifecycle
- Use Jira for ticketing and tracking
- Collaborate across multiple teams to understand business needs, analyze complex data, and integrate data with other Comcast data assets
- Become the subject matter expert in the data and be able to articulate how it benefits business stakeholders
- Create test plans and execute User Acceptance Testing for stated data dependent projects
