Lincoln Financial Distributors is looking to enhance its data analytics and reporting capabilities for various user groups by developing and streamlining global processes and reporting for analysis, data, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and presentations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a reporting, analytical and/or data role
- Strong command of relational databases and SQL, ETL data into relational database.
- Proficiency with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis; ability to build, maintain and deploy sequences of automated processes with these tools.
Responsibilities
- Generating standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Synthesizing current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
- Providing data-driven insights and reporting to key stakeholders across all levels of the organization by managing campaign segmentations and integrating data and analytics.
- Optimizing existing Tableau, MicroStrategy dashboards with a focus on integrity, usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization.
- Maintaining a library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
- Creating business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs
- Providing technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
