Restaurant Brands International Inc. is looking to support data-driven decision-making for their development strategy, specifically in site selection, market prioritization, and long-term growth planning to achieve their goal of building the most loved restaurant brands in the world.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python or R.
- Experience with GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS, Alteryx, or similar) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market, trade area, and site-level analyses using internal and external data sources to support real estate development and strategic planning.
- Build and maintain analytical models and dashboards that evaluate market potential, cannibalization, and performance forecasting.
- Support the development and refinement of tools and methodologies that improve the accuracy and efficiency of development analytics.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to new store performance and market penetration.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science, Urban Planning, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in retail, real estate, or location strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Finance, Strategy, and Operations to deliver insights that align with business objectives.
- Prepare and present clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- This position is based in Miami, FL and is in the office 5 days a week.
