Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI), as well as data languages such as SQL, R, or Python
  • Experience with A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and digital campaign measurement
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering and data management practices
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and development of campaign and competitive performance reports
  • Track campaign performance, provide data necessary for testing, and deliver insight based recommendations to optimize results for marketing efforts
  • Synthesize analytical findings and recommendations for use in larger reports for both marketing teams and teams in other business units in an understandable, impactful way
  • Wrangle Hasbro Marketing’s data and analytical outputs in collaboration with data engineering to manage data collection, transformation, and storage practices
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that can influence and optimize advertising campaigns
  • Ensure alignment of campaign goals with data-driven objectives, effectively translating marketing efforts into analytics strategies
  • Present data insights and trends during cross-functional meetings, showcasing the impact of the marketing’s work on business objectives

Other

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or related fields, preferably within an advertising or digital marketing agency
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and indirect management skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain flexibility while handling multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment
