Requirements
- Microsoft Excel and Power BI experience.
- Strong experience in dealing with large data sets on a global scale.
- Quick learning ability to easily grasp data concepts and formulas, as well as connect with other teams to reach an agreement on their representation.
- Previous experience in working on with HR data sets is valued.
- Snowflake and/or SQL experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex data sets to create simple and dynamic visuals and dashboards in Power BI.
- Partner with Kraft Heinz' Global and local HR teams and other teams on structuring large scale data sets and data projects and dashboard development.
- Organizing data connections and accuracy for our HR data sets.
- Understanding metrics like turnover, vacancy rate, retention, engagement, internal mobility etc. across the P&P Function.
- Find efficient ways to manage data sets, coordinate with teams to improve and ensure accuracy, align with senior team members on global objectives, maintain and implement improvements on data sources and automation.
- Maintain a conceptual structure of data and formulas used, design and recommend appropriate analytical approaches to improve business reporting and assure data quality.
