Sincere is seeking a Senior Android Developer to contribute to the development of top-tier mobile apps for Punchbowl and Timehop as mobile usage continues to surge across the user base.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Android development experience
- Strong command of Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose, and Android UI components
- Proven experience working on high-traffic consumer apps (50k+ DAU)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile architectural patterns
- Familiarity with subscription-based app development and billing integrations
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and test-driven development
- Experience with iOS development (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI)
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the development of consumer-facing Android apps
- Work in Kotlin and Java with expert-level understanding of the Android SDK
- Design intuitive, responsive, and elegant user interfaces using Jetpack Compose
- Integrate and manage subscription features via Google Play Billing or StoreKit
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code
- Monitor app performance with tools like Embrace and Firebase Performance
- Engage in the product lifecycle by translating requirements into technical implementations
