Responsibilities
- Responsible for comprehensive asset management for the Army Watercraft fleet, encompassing 67 vessels and 15,525 individual assets within the Single Interface to the Field (SIF) Asset Database.
- Develop and maintain both SIF Asset Database report templates for data verification and separate, mirroring vessel asset files in Excel.
- Create and maintain VBA tools for data verification and to assist with overall asset management, including generating an 'All Vessel Assets' file for distribution to relevant personnel.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on Incident Reports (IRs) submitted by AWS-CST contractors, ensuring data completeness and adherence to guidance documentation.
- Generate reports for AWS-CST management detailing any discrepancies found.
- Analyze Contractor Field Service Representative (CFSR) labor times reported for IR resolution, generating monthly reports for management that detail performance and efficiency.
- Co-developing with the SIF Organization and SaaS cloud solution with ServiceNow as a data-store solution to replace the legacy database.
