Amazon Leo is looking to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world, and the Atlassian Administrator role is needed to operate and improve Tier-1 services for Amazon Leo Productivity Engineering
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise technology standardization and service delivery
- 5+ years of experience developing customized solutions requiring custom code development, API creation, and/or integration with other services
- 5+ years of experience developing matrices dashboards and advanced filters
- 5+ years of experience developing process workflows including field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
- Skilled in balancing enterprise security, compliance, and operational needs
- Track record of driving adoption of enterprise technology standards
- In-depth knowledge across the Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo services along with automation scripting experience
Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert on all workflows end-to-end, customizations, marketplace apps, management and configuration in Atlassian
- Upgrade, configure, operate, and support Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo services
- Develop customized solutions, including design, implementation, quality control, end-to-end testing plans in multiple environments (dev/test/stage/prod), troubleshooting and bug fixing
- Troubleshoot application issues and add-on integration issues in the Atlassian implementation
- Determine ways to optimize/improve setup and workflows, as well as identify where functionality may or may not meet user requests
- Develop metrics dashboards and advanced filters to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports
- Install, manage and administer add-ons, plugins, and extensions for Atlassian Data Center products
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent
- U.S. Citizen to comply with U.S. government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work with stakeholders and senior engineers to design and develop custom solutions and integrations
- Ability to provide technical training for cross-functional teams
