Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data mining and working with large-scale, complex datasets
- Expertise with data visualization and reporting
- Experience in the full analytics project lifecycle, from data extraction to visualization
- Proficiency in ETL tools such as Alteryx or Informatica
- Experience with Tableau or similar tools
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing or other cloud-based platforms
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS for data analysis
- Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated ability to write optimized queries
- Understanding of data governance and data stewardship best practices
Responsibilities
- Solve Data Challenges: Troubleshoot and resolve data, system, and performance issues to ensure seamless reporting and analytics
- Optimize Data Infrastructure: Configure and fine-tune Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to improve efficiency and performance in our data warehousing architecture
- Uncover Insights: Analyze large datasets from internal and external sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that enhance decision-making
- Build Meaningful Data Solutions: Develop and maintain ETL specifications, data maps, and process documentation to support reporting and business analytics
- Lead Small-Scale Projects: Manage and execute projects that enhance reporting capabilities, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous improvement
- Design Engaging Dashboards: Create interactive and insightful dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders

- Ability to come into HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays for those located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business, Statistics, or equivalent work or educational experience
