Requirements
- Experience in data analysis within an agile software development environment
- Experience defining or building reporting insights using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Working knowledge of technical specifications—including APIs, JSON, XML, and data dictionaries
- SQL and general data analytics experience
- Familiarity with healthcare data and knowledge of BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, and Power BI
- Looker and AWS experience are preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- leading business requirements discussions with both business and technology stakeholders to ensure user stories are complete and clearly understood
- coordinating project scoping and planning with cross-functional teams
- leading discovery sessions and requirements-gathering activities
- documenting process flows to identify actors, inputs, outputs, and dependencies
- writing simple SQL queries to analyze data
- reviewing BI dashboards
- mapping business requirements to appropriate database fields

- A bachelor’s degree is required
- Occasional travel may be required
