Requirements
- Fluency in modern AI/ML topics
- 1+ years of experience in model development or management
- 1+ years of experience in market, user, or product research
- 1+ years of experience in SQL querying
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis
- At least 1 year of experience in analysis
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the entire data-to-model lifecycle, from curating datasets to validating model outputs to monitoring ongoing performance.
- Support the various governance forums and tasks required to build AI and ML products in a well managed way.
- Conduct research and validate hypotheses through data and insights to help set future tech and product strategy.
- Identify challenges and opportunities through data analysis and analyze model and product outputs to ensure we are effectively solving the identified problems.
- Perform analytics and research to assist the development of new AI/ML tools and models, improving our overall digital product offering.
- Conduct user research, market research, and research on the latest AI and ML methods to help guide our team towards to best overall product strategy.
- Help assess risk and monitor against the inevitable risks of leveraging AI/ML products; help bring pieces of intent through various governance forums.
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
- Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity
- Strong communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Clear results orientation: display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals. He/she should be able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment
- Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. Previous consulting experience is a plus
