Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel
- Able to manage significant and complex data
- Familiarity with software development and the SDLC
- Familiarity with project management
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to other team members and clients
- Familiarity with VBA, SQL
- Previous experience with Confluence
Responsibilities
- solving data challenges that come with onboarding and ongoing data processing
- use your technical skills and knowledge to produce high-quality documentation that is appropriate for the intended audience
- work closely with the core product team on bringing “lessons learned” during client engagements and transforming them into product requirements
- Educating and providing technical support to AdminaHealth’s clients to ensure successful adoption of our software
- do at least one rotation on the Service Desk to facilitate deeper understanding of the AdminaHealth products
- continue to grow your knowledge in the areas of Insurance Billing and Reconciliation

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Responsible for gathering and management of enhancement requests from across the team

- Must be very detail-oriented and highly organized
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
