Lenovo's Worldwide Sales Operations team is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and manage BI solutions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with access control for sensitive data environments.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience in access control and data security practices in BI environments.

Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end BI solutions: including ETL processes, dashboard design, review cycles, and publishing to production environments.
- Recommend and implement visualization features/designs that best meet the analytical needs of business users.
- Build dashboards that support and drive informed decision-making.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and analytical models.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with information management governance policies.
- Design, implement, and manage access control processes for BI environments handling sensitive or confidential data.
- Administer user roles and permissions in compliance with internal data governance and security standards.

- Collaborate across teams and functions with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors degree in economics, systems engineering, computer science, or related field
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- 5+ years experience in BI or data analytics
- Experience in multiple industries is a plus
