The business problem is to support a Federal client in Springfield, VA with strong Oracle APEX expertise, blending BI development, APEX application support, data integration, and business process improvement within a complex federal financial environment for the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Oracle OBIA/OBIEE experience (implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and report development)
- Hands-on experience implementing OBIA for Financials, Procurement & Spend, and Projects in an Oracle EBS R12 environment using ODI
- Experience with OBIEE, OBIA, ODI
- Mapping Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) data into OBAW/TFDW environments
- Oracle APEX expertise
- BI development experience
- Data integration experience
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements using BI tools, Oracle APEX, automation, and approved technologies.
- Collaborate with users to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Enhance data warehouse models, structures, and data dictionaries.
- Support daily operations for OBIEE, OBIA, and ODI environments.
- Develop and enhance APEX applications, interfaces, backend logic, and integrations.
- Conduct functional testing, validate results, and ensure compliance with BI and DW standards.
- Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through reports, data, and workflows.
