ADP is looking to create product support solutions by hiring a Senior Content Developer to engage and collaborate with various teams to create the best support experiences for their clients.
Requirements
- Experience with DITA-based content development tools as well as digital adoption tools.
- Understanding of knowledge management solutions, taxonomy, and how search engines work.
- Familiar with metadata and taxonomy to partner with content architects.
- Bring knowledge of DITA, XML, and component content management systems (CCMS).
- 5+- years of experience with creating content in DITA/CCMS format
- Hands-on experience building content for HTML/XML output.
- Experience using online help development tools.
Responsibilities
- Use words to create compelling, intuitive solutions.
- Create the best in-product solutions for our clients.
- Draft content, iterate…and iterate…and iterate some more to make the product support solution the best it can be within delivery timeframes.
- Create Help content to guide the user through a task, or give them the information that need to make important decisions.
- Design, architect, and write that content in that “DITA” way, providing the structure that best serves people and today’s Gen AI tools!
- Provide timely information exactly when and where the user needs to see it.
- Deliver the product’s voice and tone from the inside out and make sure the in-product content is consistent, follows our writing standards, is easy to understand, and aligns with the product’s goals.

- Hybrid onsite 3 days a week, it is not remote.
- 5+ years’ experience.
- A college degree is great and a Writing certification is a big plus.
