Responsibilities
- Developing intelligent, insightful reporting on the key drivers of the business
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to share findings from deep dive analysis
- Presenting recommendations to leadership to drive improvement of the data quality customer experience
- Driving effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources
- Partnering with internal teams on enterprise growth initiatives
- Collaborating with Operations Management teams to implement solutions that enrich customer experience
Other
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required
- 5+ years’ of experience in technical data analysis and reporting
- Consistent with Equifax’s 3/2+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax’s Atlanta-based office
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Broad business Ops knowledge and business savvy
- Effective communications skills
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities to junior team members
