O Positiv Health is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead essential analysis across multiple functions and solve a broad range of critical and complex problems to support the company's mission and growth in the women's health space.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL
- Some experience with Statistics, Python, or R
- Experience in our tech stack or similar tools (DBT, Snowflake, Sigma Computing)
- Logical, structured, and analytical approach to problem solving
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and upgrade dashboards that drive daily decision making and optimization
- Analyze Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, Retail, and Strategy data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Design and implement data models that support the organization's business requirements
- Develop and implement robust data quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of accuracy, completeness, and consistency across datasets
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of data strategies aligned with organizational goals

- 3+ years in data / analytics / product management roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
