Nissan is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst to lead key data analytics initiatives that support their business strategy, solve complex data challenges, improve data quality, and deliver impactful insights to business units like Marketing & Sales, Finance, and others.
Requirements
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python
- Strong understanding of data models, database design, and statistical analysis
- Understanding of financial statements, vPipe, VINPipe, SAP, HOST and 3rd party data (Urban Science, J.D. Power, Polk, etc.) is highly desirable
- Experience with AWS, familiarity with data governance frameworks and tools
Responsibilities
- Lead development of analytics products to support business needs of Marketing & Sales, Finance and other business units
- Analyze internal and third-party data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Profile, clean, standardize, and enrich datasets in collaboration with data stewards
- Build business process and data flow diagrams to support analytics and operational efficiency
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support agile product development
- Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners

- Hybrid 4 days week Onsite
- Strong analytical, presentation and strategic thinking skills
- Must be able to multi-task, adjust to changes in processes and priorities, and independently and effectively plan their work; experience working in agile teams
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis (automotive industry preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and cross-functional skills are required to effectively balance priorities from various functional groups
