Synapse Health is looking to solve the fractured DME ecosystem and transform the industry by leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and optimize business performance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience using data visualization platforms (e.g., Sigma, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience working with large datasets and enterprise systems such as ERP or CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Lean Sigma certification preferred – Yellow or Green Belt.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems and reporting tools.
- Support data governance and documentation efforts, including data dictionaries and process documentation.
- Partner with IT and operations to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
Other
- 4-7 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably in healthcare, logistics, or call center environments.
- Health Economics or Actuarial experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or durable medical equipment (DME) industry.
