Lingraphica is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to enhance their capability to derive actionable insights from data across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Clinical departments, ultimately supporting informed decision-making and shaping data infrastructure.
Requirements
- Experience with Amplitude or similar product analytics platforms.
- Advanced SQL skills; experience with data modeling and transformation tools.
- Proficiency in BI tools (PowerBI preferred; Tableau or Looker also welcome).
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS and/or Azure).
- Python for data analysis or transformation.
- Exposure to ML workflows or forecasting models.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and data testing frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical needs across product usage, customer journeys, and business performance.
- Analyze data from trials, intakes, sales, therapy engagement, and marketing campaigns to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Deliver clear, actionable dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools.
- Collaborate with data engineering on ETL pipelines, data modeling, and semantic layer design.
- Document metric definitions, data sources, and assumptions to promote trust and transparency.
- Support product managers with insights from Amplitude, including funnel analysis, retention, and user behavior.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data governance standards, including PHI/PII handling and access controls.

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics roles.
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance in regulated industries (healthcare experience a plus).
- Strong business acumen and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear insights.
