Cardinal Health's Global Medical Products and Distribution business needs to leverage data-driven insights to support strategic portfolio decisions and operational execution. The Strategy Analytics Team aims to uncover insights that drive impactful decisions and support sustainable solutions by combining business understanding with advanced analytics.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Excel)
- Experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Google Cloud)
- Experience with emerging technologies such as LLMs is a plus
- Understanding and demonstrated application of stochastic modeling techniques
- Strong understanding of business systems and processes across marketing, customer research, and analytics
- Proven ability to lead teams in synthesizing data from diverse, disconnected sources to uncover strategic insights

- Lead teams in synthesizing data from diverse, disconnected sources to uncover strategic insights
- Contribute to the evolution of analytics capabilities, policies, and best practices
- Drive strategic analytics projects that deliver actionable insights and support business growth

- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping shape portfolio direction through data and insight

- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, strategy, or related role including 2+ years in a people management role preferred
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
