STRATACACHE is looking to solve the problem of delivering in-store retail experience transformation and exceptional customer journeys through a wide array of marketing technology, and the Senior Data Analyst will lead the Analytics team to ensure priorities are delivered while consistent progress towards advancements is made.
Requirements
- Hands on experience with the use of AI in the context of data analysis.
- Proficiency with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and SQL required.
- Ability to research independently and proactively and effectively teach fellow team members.

Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire and maintain a deep understanding of all systems and data sources in use by the QSR division and distribute this knowledge to the analytics team.
- Proactively identify and research opportunities for improvements in the team’s processes. Present suggested alternatives to the team and implement such that a single optimized standard is maintained across all clients.
- Research and identify opportunities for the applicable use of AI to optimize and automate analyses.
- Create, deploy, and maintain internal and customer facing dashboards and their corresponding data sources while documenting work.
- Support and lead Tableau Server maintenance, monitoring, and general upkeep.
- Conduct efficient research on internal systems to maintain up to date understanding
- Support ad hoc requests in support of immediate business needs.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in technical engineering, computer science, business management, or similar, or equivalent experience required.
- 7+ years experience
- Excellent customer service and people leadership skills required.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan work while aligning with project deadlines and changes to priorities.
