Requirements
- Expert proficiency with SQL
- Experience with data visualization software such as Looker or Tableau
- Hands-on experience with modern analytics tech stacks (Looker, Google, Big Query, DBT, Python, R)
- Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulations such as Lookups, PivotTables, and External Data Connections
Responsibilities
- Identify, codify, and implement scalable data platforms for decision-making across business lines and treatment types
- Use internal and external data to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations for business expansion
- Develop KPIs to measure product impact and business outcomes
- Analyze daily business performance to identify issues and opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address them
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and special initiatives using large data sets to inform business decisions
- Build, maintain, and report on complex financial and analytical data models
- Work with teams to identify reporting and data needs, document requirements, build reports, and coordinate with engineering for necessary data points
Other
- 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Consulting, Finance, Statistics, or Mathematics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think through complex problems, apply analytical processes, and present results
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
