GEHA needs to ensure the accurate and timely entry, maintenance, and verification of provider applications and data in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements to maintain a high level of data integrity and compliance.
Requirements
- Requires alpha numeric entry of 8,000 KPH
- Requires analytic ability to prepare departmental reports and ability to compare data and resolve discrepancies
- Requires proficiency with Word and Excel
- Salesforce experience
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain provider application data with speed and accuracy.
- Verify all required regulatory documents and credentials are received and compliant.
- Ensure provider applications meet all organizational and state-specific requirements.
- Make real-time updates for provider records, including additions, changes, and terminations.
- Apply updates to office data as needed, ensuring location/provider alignment.
- Monitor accuracy and completeness of all entries to meet production and compliance standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of actions taken in relevant systems (e.g., Salesforce).

- Requires high school diploma or equivalent
- Requires three years of data entry or similar clerical experience
- Requires effective written and verbal communications skills to answer questions from staff and respond to inquiries
- Must reside in the Kansas City Metro
- Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
- A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
