Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of statistics, SQL, Python, R (and popular packages), and popular visualization tools and techniques
- A deep love of data and high degree of data literacy gained through extensive experience working with data.
- Experience in dispatch optimization
- Working experience as a data scientist, ideally in a CPG setting, a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our business, BI, and engineering partners across the organization to create and deliver data science solutions for impactful business problems
- Identify and gather data from both internal and external sources, assess data quality, complete exploratory analysis, and structure data for the task.
- Deeply understand our users and our data to identify opportunities for creating machine learning, optimization and causal inference solutions to grow our business.
- Build data enabled, robust and replicable data science models and pipelines
- Use experimentation and causal inference to measure the impact of business actions on KPIs
- Develop and refine predictive models to forecast customer actions and improve marketing and business outcomes.
- Communicate approaches to business partners in easy-to-understand terms, synthesizing key findings and outcomes that enable business professionals to act.

- This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
- The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $210,000 + cash incentives.
