Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in statistical modeling, data analysis, and predictive analytics.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets across disparate relational databases and familiarity with various database technologies.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, SAS, and/or Stata.
Responsibilities
- Apply statistical and data science techniques to deliver timely, accurate insights and comprehensive reports.
- Enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data analytics and reporting processes.
- Develop and share best practices in data reporting and analytics to promote consistency and quality across teams.
- Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to optimize data workflows.
- Identify high-impact insights and develop sophisticated data models to support business objectives.
- Lead data analysis initiatives and ensure data quality assurance in collaboration with the tool enablement team.
- Manage complex projects involving extensive data analysis and modeling, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Other
- A Master's degree in Data Science, Biostatistics, or a related field is required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training to team members as needed to foster a data-driven culture.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging methodologies, and best practices in data science, statistics, and healthcare analytics.
- Present predictive model analyses and insights to internal stakeholders and clients as required.
- Maintain minimal travel requirements, primarily focusing on internal and remote collaboration.
