Requirements
- Strong proficiency in predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics, AI, machine learning, NLP, and statistical modeling
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and NLP libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face Transformers
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and model development
- Advanced statistical modeling, feature engineering, and optimization techniques
- Developing and deploying ML models in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Strong understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and performance monitoring in production
- Working with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Databricks

- Developing AI-powered analytics, machine learning models, segmentation strategies, and business intelligence solutions
- Leading the full analytics lifecycle, from problem identification and data acquisition to model deployment, performance monitoring, and business integration
- Simplifying complex insights for executive decision-makers through compelling PowerPoint storytelling and data visualization
- Mentoring junior data scientists and analysts while collaborating cross-functionally to align AI and analytics solutions with organizational objectives
- Driving AI-powered analytics, machine learning models, segmentation strategies, and business intelligence solutions
