Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI and ML models.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, and CAPL for automation and data processing.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and Large Language Models.
- Expertise in Salesforce Conga CLM and contract lifecycle optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
- Certified Data Scientist.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML models to solve complex business challenges.
- Integrate Agentic AI and Large Language Models into enterprise systems to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Automate data processing tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and CAPL.
- Optimize contract lifecycle management processes through Salesforce Conga CLM enhancements.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Chicago, IL.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
