Rula is looking to shape the future of mental health care with AI-enabled experiences that enhance the human connection at the core of therapy, aiming to bring greater transparency, personalization, and continuous support across the therapy journey. They are hiring their first AI Data Scientist to work with proprietary language-based clinical data to identify key insights and build tailored experiences for patients and providers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product data science experience; with focus to natural language processing (NLP) on large, unstructured data sets
  • Advanced technical proficiency with modern data stacks (i.e. dbt, Airflow, etc.) and data visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau, Hex, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of product analytics and metrics, with experience translating them into actionable insights for business partners
  • Expertise with data modeling and machine learning techniques
  • Strong experience working directly with A/B testing and statistical analysis
  • Proficiency with Python/R for analytics/scripting
  • Expertise with large language models (LLM) and labeling

Responsibilities
