Responsibilities
- Work on initiatives to improve user experience and drive growth
- Partner closely with engineering, product and machine learning teams
- Improve quality of experimentation, hypothesis generation, statistical techniques, rare event detection and underlying infrastructure
- Hyper parameter optimization, exploratory and ad-hoc analysis to improve customer experience
- Cut through the noise in data, identify key findings and distill recommendations for engineering, product and business owners
Other
- At least 5 years of industry experience managing Controlled Experimentation
- Masters or PhD in Statistics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related academic field
- Exposure to consumer technology
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
- Strong communication skill with experience in driving executive presentations
- Adept at structuring and solving complex open ended problems
