Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with a focus on sales compensation or sales performance.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, forecasting, and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with sales compensation platforms (e.g., Xactly, Varicent, Anaplan) is a plus.
- Deliver a suite of executive-ready dashboards that provide real-time visibility into sales compensation performance.
- Develop and deploy at least two predictive models to support incentive plan optimization.
- Establish a standardized framework for compensation data governance and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement statistical models to evaluate sales compensation performance and forecast outcomes.
- Conduct scenario analysis and simulations to support incentive plan design and optimization.
- Develop predictive models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and risk assessment.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize compensation metrics, attainment, and payout trends.
- Ensure dashboards are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Lead efforts to improve data quality, integration, and governance across compensation systems.

- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional corporate environment.
- Build strong partnerships with Sales, Finance, and HR to align analytics with business strategy.
