The partner company of Jobgether is looking to solve the problem of building impactful, real-world solutions using generative AI for healthcare clients in the United States.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in full-stack Java/Scala development.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, websockets, HTTP/HTTPS, and relevant Java libraries.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, BitBucket/Git, containerization, and AI development platforms.
  • Exposure to DevOps, Azure AI services, and cloud technologies (AWS optional).
  • Strong programming, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for generative AI, with a passion for building demos and practical applications.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, security, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid).

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain AI platforms on Azure and AWS, including break/fix, deployment, and updates.
  • Develop enhancements and maintain AI applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into workflows and applications.
  • Support NLP and machine learning models, including sentiment analysis, recommendation systems, and chatbots.
  • Document technical processes and solutions to build proprietary knowledge and facilitate team collaboration.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory adherence for AI systems in healthcare environments.
  • Continuously learn emerging AI technologies and implement innovative solutions for client needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
